2021年“汉语桥”世界大/中学生中文比赛挪威赛区预赛报名通知

由于挪威评判员临时因私事不能出席6月26日决赛，承办单位请得旅挪编程专家李平举老师临时设计网上报名系统，简单化评选初赛的文书过程，今将决赛日期提前一星期，于6月19日办理决赛。

“汉语桥”世界大/中学生中文比赛是由中外语言交流合作中心主办的国际汉语比赛项目，为挪威学习中文的青年学生提供一个展示中文能力的舞台，打造互相学习和交流的平台，激励他们学习中文的热情和兴趣，推广和增进挪威人民对汉语和中国文化的理解。

“汉语桥”世界大/中学生中文比赛挪威赛区比赛由中华人民共和国驻挪威大使馆主办，挪威中文学校 (Org. Nr. 991 995 617) 承办。根据比赛结果推选符合条件的优胜选手1名赴中国参加国际总决赛（具体比赛时间和形式待定），其他获奖者也将颁发证书和奖品。

受疫情影响，2021年“汉语桥”比赛挪威赛区决赛将分为视频报名审核及线上zoom比赛二个阶段。首先请各位参赛选手在6月5日上午12:00之前报名并提交预赛视频。

预赛视频包括：

自我介绍、主题演讲1分钟和才艺展示2分钟，请在https://youm.no/chinesebridge/ 填写报名表并上传视频文件，或者以邮件的形式发送到：post@kinesiskskole.no 邮箱，根据视频中的演讲和表演，组委会将评选出优胜者，并邀请优胜者于6月19日参加挪威赛区的决赛。

决赛邀请函将于6月7日前发出，包含zoom平台的ID和密码、时间表等。挪威赛区决赛结果公布时间：6月30日。

一、参赛资格：

中学生：年龄15岁至20岁、非中国国籍、在国外出生并成长、本人及其父母母语为非中文的外国在校中学生。

大学生：年龄18岁至30岁、非中国国籍、在国外出生并成长、本人及其父母母语为非中文的外国在校大学生。

比赛设置

奖项设置：第一名1名 , 第二名2名, 第三名3名, 优胜奖若干

评分方式：专家评选

汉语桥比赛参与者在此同意并确认，挪威中文学校拥有为比赛提交视频和音频材料的非商业目的使用权，并且有权利将提交材料发布在社交媒体平台上（尤其是Facebook）。参与者同意将提交材料发送给评审专家进行评估。参与者声明拥有提交视频中的图像音频材料的所有权利，并已赋予挪威中文学校在比赛和相关活动中的使用权。参与者确认拥有提交材料的保护内容使用权、非商业发行出版权或许可。

汉语桥作为国际比赛，参与者同意并确认提交材料作为比赛的一部分有可能传送给第三方国家（用于在中国决赛中），也有可能在第三方国家出版（向中国提交获奖视频）。

除此之外，挪威中文学校的隐私保护声明亦适用于本次比赛。

2021 World “Chinese Bridge” Chinese Proficiency Competition for Foreign College/Secondary School Students — Norway

The “Chinese Bridge” Chinese Proficiency Competition is a worldwide Chinese language competition established by the Center for Language Education and Cooperation of China. The competition aims to promote the Chinese language and culture in Norway, to provide a stage for Chinese learners to demonstrate their achievements in learning the Chinese language, while creating a platform for mutual learning and communication. Most importantly, it intends to inspire the learners’ enthusiasm and interest in learning the Chinese language and to further develop their understanding of the Chinese language and culture.

The World “Chinese Bridge” Chinese Proficiency Competition in Norway is sponsored by the Embassy of People’s Republic of China in Norway and organised by the Kinesisk skole I Norge (Org. Nr. 991 995 617) Based on the competition results, one winner will be qualified to represent Norway in the Grand Final competition in China (details of the Grand Final competition are to be arranged). Other winners will receive certificates and prizes.

Due to COVID-19 pandemic, the 2021 “Chinese Bridge” Chinese proficiency competition in Norway will be conducted in two stages: the Regional Preliminary competition and the Regional Final competition. Contestants are required to submit video recordings for the Regional Preliminary competition. The Regional Final competition will be held online via Zoom. All contestants must register and each submit a video recording for the Regional Preliminary competition by 12:00 on the 5th of June 2021.

The registration Form and the video recording should be filled and uploaded in https://youm.no/chinesebridge or be sent by email to: post@kinesiskskole.no. The Themed Speech and the Talent Performance video recording will be assessed and scored. The organising committee will select winning contestants from the Regional Preliminary competition to take part in the Regional Final competition to be held online on the 19th of June 2021 in Oslo.

An invitation to compete in the Regional Final, with Zoom ID, password, date/time etc, will be sent out to qualified winners of the Preliminary competition by the 7th of June 2021. Results for the Regional Final competition in Norway will be announced on the 30th of June 2021.

Eligibility:

Secondary school students: Contestants must be non-Chinese citizens, currently enrolled as Secondary School students between 15 – 20 years of age. Contestants must have been born and raised outside of China with non-Chinese mother tongue. Chinese must not be a mother tongue of either parents of contestants.

Undergraduate Students: Contestants must be non-Chinese citizens, currently enrolled as Undergraduate students between 18 – 30 years of age. Contestants must have been born and raised outside of China with non-Chinese mother tongue. Chinese must not be a mother tongue of either parents of contestants.

Privacy Protection Declaration

The contestant of the “Chinese Bridge” Chinese Proficiency Competition hereby agrees and confirms, that the Chinese School in Norway has the right to use any video and audio material submitted to the competition for non-commercial purpose, and has the right to publish the aforementioned material on social media (e.g. Facebook). The contestant agrees to submit their competition material to the organising committee for assessment. The contestant declares to have the ownership of all photos and audio used in video material submitted for the competition, and authorises the Chinese School in Norway with the right to use the aforementioned material during competition and in connection with other events. The contestant confirms to own or has the right to use and publish any protected content included in the submitted material for non-commercial purpose.

As the “Chinese Bridge” Chinese Proficiency Competition is on an international scale, the contestant hereby agrees and confirms that material submitted to the competition can potentially be sent to 3rd party countries (e.g. to be used in the Grand Final Competition in China), and potentially published in 3rd party countries (e.g. submitting winning videos to China).

In addition to the above, the Privacy Protection Declaration of the Chinese School in Norway also applies to this competition.

The undersigned hereby confirms to have read and agreed to the Privacy of Chinese School in Norway.

«Chinese Bridge 2021» – en konkurranse i kinesisk språk for studenter ved videregående skoler og ved universiteter i Norge

«Chinese Bridge» – en internasjonal ferdighetskonkurranse i kinesisk for elever i videregående skole og for studenter arrangert av The Center for Language Education and Cooperation (CLEC) i Beijing. Gjennom konkurransen ønsker senteret å tilby en arena der studenter i kinesisk kan vise sine evner, skape en plattform for læring og kommunikasjon og styrke interessen for å lære kinesisk. De håper også å styrke interessen for kinesisk kultur.

Vert for «Chinese Bridge 2021» i Norge er Folkerepublikken Kinas ambassade. Konkurransen vil imidlertid bli gjennomført av Kinesisk skole i Norge (Org. Nr. 991 995 617). Vinneren av konkurransen vil senere i år bli valgt ut til å delta i den internasjonale finalen som holdes i Kina. Andre som er dyktige i kinesisk, vil bli tildelt premier og sertifikat.

Krav:

Videregående skole: Elever i alderen 15-20 år, født og oppvokst i Norge, som ikke er kinesiske statsborgere, og som ikke har foreldre med kinesisk morsmål.

Studenter ved universiteter og høyskoler: Student i alderen 18-30 år, født og oppvokst i Norge, som ikke er kinesiske statsborgere, og som ikke har foreldre med kinesisk morsmål.

På grunn av pandemien, vil konkurransen i år bli arrangert gjennom den digitale Zoom-plattformen.

Registrer deg og sender din video i https://youm.no/chinesebridge/ eller registrer deg ved å sende inn ditt påmeldingsskjema og din video som vedlegg til post@kinesiskskole.no før 5. juni kl. 12.00. Er du under 18 år trengs også en bekreftelse fra foreldrene dine om at du kan delta.

Videoen bør inneholde: En kort introduksjon om deg selv, ett minutt om et selvvalgt emne og to minutter om dine egne talenter (kan være kalligrafi, sang, kung fu, lesing av dikt, osv.). Alt på kinesisk.

Ut fra videoen vil organisasjonskomiteen velge ut deltakere til den norske finalen som holdes på Zoom den 19. juni. Deltakerne vil få tilsendt brukernavn og passord før 7. juni.

For elever i videregående skole: Hva er din drøm når det gjelder dyktighet i kinesisk?

For universitetsstudenter: Hele verden en familie?

Deretter følger: «Talent Show» (2-5 minutter): Kunnskapsspørsmål der hver deltager bes svare på fire spørsmål om kinesisk språk og kultur.

Resultatet av konkurransen vil bli kunngjort den 30. juni

Premiene som organisasjonskomiteen vil tildele er:

Første-, andre- og tredjeplass, også noen andre premier

Et stk. første premie, to stk. andre premier, tre stk. tredje premier og ti stk. fjerde premier.

«Chinese Bridge» er en internasjonal konkurranse. Deltakerne er enige og bekrefter at det innsendte materialet, kan sendes til Kina for bruk i finalen og publiseres der og deretter eventuelt publiseres i et tredjeland.
